Voyage Shine provides a range of professional cleaning and facility management services, including but not limited to Commercial cleaning, residential deep cleaning, post-construction cleanup, specialized floor care, window washing, janitorial services, fumigation and pest control, waste management, and facility maintenance consulting. 3. User Obligations

As a user of our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services or contacting us.
• Use the Service for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others.
• Not to misuse the website by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
• Not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our site, the server on which our site is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to our site.

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

All service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Voyage Shine. Specific cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking and may vary based on the service type and lead time. Generally, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

5. Pricing and Payments

Service prices will be provided upon quotation and are subject to change based on the scope of work, materials required, and other factors. Payments for services are due as per the terms outlined in your service agreement or invoice. We accept various payment methods, which will be specified during the booking process.

6. Limitation of Liability

Voyage Shine strives to provide services with the highest level of professionalism and care. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Voyage Shine and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
